In the following cases, exchanges/refunds are not possible contrary to the author's intention:

• If the return period (within 7 days after receiving the item) has passed

• In the case of items individually produced according to the customer's order

• If all or part of the item is lost/damaged due to the customer's reasons (except for package damage for item inspection)

• If the value of the item significantly decreases due to customer use, time passage, or consumption

• If the value of the item significantly decreases to the extent that resale is difficult due to time passage (e.g., fresh food) • If the packaging of replicable items is damaged or the provision of digital content begins
